Dairy-free Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Whether you are dairy free or not, you may not want a cheesy pizza crust. Try this super low carb fertility friendly cauliflower pizza crust.
2 12 oz packages of organic riced cauliflower
I love this one from Costco!!
1/2 – 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or use just oregano)
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup almond flour/meal
Method:
Preheat oven to 400, take out 2 bags of frozen riced cauliflower and heat up in a saucepan (this removes lots of the water and thaws faster than leaving out)
Let cool and place cauliflower in the center of a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out in the towel over the sink until most of the water is gone.
Place the wrung out cauliflower along with the rest of ingredients into a food processor and blend until sticky and smooth.
Place mixture in a ball on a parchment lined sheet pan. Take another layer of parchment over top of the dough and flatten. Remove the top layer of parchment.
Bake at 400 for 30 min
Flip the crust onto the other side by inverting it on to your extra sheet of parchment and bake on the opposite side for extra crispiness
Top with whatever pizza toppings you like and bake for 8-10 minutes
