Avocado Fudge Pops
Remember Fudge-cicles?! These are just as delicious and packed with healthy fats, low sugar and antioxidant rich chocolate. Make a batch and enjoy them by the pool ☀️
1 large ripe avocado, ripe
1 cup unsweetened almond-milk
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
½ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup raw cacao powder or Dutch chocolate unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch or two of salt
Scoop the avocado flesh out from the skin and discard the skin and pit.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture in to popsicle molds
Freeze for 8 hours or longer.
*for added fun, melt some super dark chocolate and drizzle or dip your pops,
