Ingredients:

1 ½ cups almond flour

2T coconut flour

2T butter

3T maple syrup

1T molasses

2 inch ginger piece, peeled and chopped finely

1 tsp ginger powder

¼ tsp salt

Method:

 

Preheat to 350 F and like your baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Oil a Tbsp sized scoop and roll the scoops into balls. Flatten them a bit on the baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with coconut sap sugar

Bake for 8-10 minutes & Enjoy!
