Ingredients:
- a handful of baby kale or spinach
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 2-3 medjool dates, pits removed
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
TOPPINGS
- assorted fruit –raspberries, bananas, hempseeds, kiwis, blueberries- whatever fruit you have on hand
- shredded coconut, nuts, and/or hemp seeds for topping (optional)
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Empty smoothie into a bowl. Top & enjoy!
