Ingredients:

  • a handful of baby kale or spinach
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 2-3 medjool dates, pits removed
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder

TOPPINGS

  • assorted fruit –raspberries, bananas, hempseeds, kiwis, blueberries- whatever fruit you have on hand
  • shredded coconut, nuts, and/or hemp seeds for topping (optional)

 

Directions:

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Empty smoothie into a bowl. Top & enjoy!
