This pizza is delightful, the crust is crispy & satisfying, top it with whatever you want & enjoy it. Make it into pita breads for sandwiches, roll it thin & top with herbs for crackers or cracker bread. Its versatile & delicious!
Ingredients
½ cup arrowroot flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
2 T of olive oil
½ cup warm water
Low sugar marinara sauce
Raw cheese
All the toppings you love
Method:
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Place parchment paper on large baking pan
Mix dry ingredients together then add oil and water.
Form in to a smooth ball of dough.
Place on baking sheet and add a layer of parchment that has been oiled with oil side on the dough. Flatten with your hands and then roll to about ¼ inch thick. Remove and discard the oiled paper. Sprinkle the dough with good quality coarse salt lightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until it is crispy and slightly golden. Cool while you gather toppings.
Spread sauce and whatever toppings you like on this pizza- garlic, fresh basil, oregano, tomatoes, veggies, meats…
Top with a layer of shredded cheese and pop back in the oven for around 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the toppings are hot.

Note: This flatbread can be made thicker for wraps or rolled thin and enjoyed with a little olive oil and salt or made into any number of delicious flatbreads.
