Yoga for Fertility
Yoga for Fertility is a journey into the healing powers of yoga and how this ancient practice can help calm the body, nourish the reproductive organs, clear the mind and lighten the heart. We integrate postures, breathing, meditation, and visualization exercises to help enhance fertility and prepare the body for pregnancy.

Prenatal yoga is a great way to train for labor and to enhance the experience of pregnancy. Asanas, the physical postures, can help build strength and stamina and improve circulation. Meditation can improve the ability to relax and concentrate. Pranayama, breathing exercises, can help manage the pain of contractions.
