Sarah Jane Kidd is a Certified Nutrition Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher with a passion for teaching couples about fertility enhancement, the importance of preconception care, and the essentials of pregnancy and postpartum nutrition.  Sarah provides instruction, guidance, and support using the principles of nutrition therapy, a system of healing based on the belief that food, as nature intended, provides the medicine we need to obtain and maintain a state of health. 

Sarah is a Master's graduate of the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado and is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.  Her dedication to nutrition and health stem from personal experience and observation of the incredible healing properties of quality food combined with physical movement and emotional balance.
